Recently we held a seminar introducing Joanne Neft, author of Real
Foods. Joanne has brought to our store a wealth of information regarding
farmers markets and the importance of real foods in our diets. Her cook
book is a beautiful collection of recipes that shows how easy it is to
eat locally grown food every day of the year. Joanne’s inspiration to
write her cookbook came from her dear friend Susan Dupree when she said
“It’s one thing to know what to buy, but what if you don’t know what to
do with the food after you get home?” Thus “Real Food” was born.
